When school disappears for weeks, parents still need a dependable place for their child to be.
School is out. Your workday isn’t.
Autumn Ridge Summer Club gives school-age kids a small-group place to spend the day when school closes for summer—outside often, making things, playing, cooking, gardening, reading, building, and having time to relax.
Designed for children who normally attend school during the year and need dependable full-day coverage over summer break.

It’s full-day childcare, but not an all-day classroom. Play, projects, outside time, and choice lead the rhythm.
A smaller group makes it easier for kids to know the adults, routines, and other children around them.
A full day, without turning summer into school.
There is enough rhythm to help the day feel settled, but enough freedom for kids to get absorbed in play, projects, friends, and whatever captures their interest.
Arrive & settle in
Easy arrival, breakfast or morning snack, conversation, books, games, and free choice.
Get outside
Movement, yard play, nature, gardening, games, walks, and water play when it makes sense.
Make, cook, grow & build
Art, simple cooking, garden projects, building, experiments, and hands-on ideas.
Lunch & reset
Food, reading, conversation, and a quieter stretch so the day does not feel nonstop.
Play the afternoon away
Friends, games, outdoor time, projects, free choice, and flexible pickup through the end of the day.
More “what should we do today?” than “what worksheet is next?”
The exact mix changes with weather, the children, and what they are interested in.

Outside often. Inside when it helps.
Summer Club is meant to use the whole setting: outdoor space for movement and nature, plus a comfortable indoor room for meals, art, building, reading, games, projects, and rest from the heat.
Pay for summer care as a summer product.
Summer is separate from school-year tuition. Weekly pricing makes it easier to plan around the weeks your family actually needs full-day coverage.
For a child already enrolled during the school year.
For families joining Autumn Ridge specifically for summer care.
The gap appears because school is gone.
Summer Club is designed for school-age children who attended school during the year and need full-day care because their parents are working while school is out.
For the founding interest list, families can tell us the grade their child just finished so we can understand the age mix and actual demand before final enrollment is released.
Summer questions parents are likely to have.
Is this a summer camp or childcare?
It is full-day childcare with a summer-club feel. The goal is dependable workday coverage plus a day children actually enjoy—not a one-week specialty camp and not all-day school.
Who is Summer Club designed for?
School-age children who normally attend school during the year and need full-day care during summer break. The interest form asks which grade your child just finished so we can plan the group realistically.
Do I have to be a Kids Club family during the school year?
No. Current school-year families receive the $350/week rate. Summer-only families can join at $375/week, subject to summer availability.
Can we use only selected weeks?
That is the plan. Summer is priced weekly, and the interest form asks whether you expect to need most weeks or selected weeks. Final enrollment rules and availability by week will be confirmed before registration opens.
What will children actually do all day?
The rhythm includes outdoor play, water play, gardening, cooking, art, building, games, reading, nature, free choice, friends, and quiet time. Activities will vary rather than following one rigid daily schedule.
What are the planned hours?
The current plan is approximately 7:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Final hours and the summer calendar will be confirmed before families complete enrollment.
Does joining the Summer list reserve a spot?
No. The interest list is free and does not require a deposit. It gives Autumn Ridge a realistic picture of demand and puts your family first in line for the final calendar, availability, and enrollment release.
Kids Club handles the school-day gap during the school year with before-school care, after-school care, and selected school-out days.
Tell us what your summer actually looks like.
This is not a deposit or binding enrollment. It tells us how many school-age families need care, what ages are coming, and whether families need most of the summer or selected weeks.
