Autumn Ridge Kids Club collects information families choose to provide so we can respond to questions, arrange tours, review enrollment requests, communicate about care, and operate our programs.
Information we collect
This may include parent or guardian names, email addresses, phone numbers, child information submitted during enrollment, requested programs, referral information, tour choices, and messages you send us.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, manage tours and enrollment, communicate about your child’s program, keep appropriate business records, and provide the family portal.
Text-message privacy
If you separately choose to receive text messages, we use the mobile number you provide for Autumn Ridge Kids service communications such as inquiry follow-up, tour reminders, enrollment updates, and care-related notices. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help once texting is enabled. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from submitting a form, touring, or enrolling.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host our website and portal, deliver email or text messages, and operate business systems. They receive information only as needed to provide those services on our behalf.
